The Sitcom Trials

In October 2009 I was shortlisted for The Sitcom Trials, a stage and TV show where sitcom scripts are performed by actors competing head to head with one another.

The stage show runs at London's Leicester Square Theatre, with the audience voting alongside a panel of experts from the broadcast and comedy industries.

And guess what? That’s right. I won the audience and judges votes during the first round with my script, “Alan Pob: Writing Wrongs”. That means I’m through to the semis. Skill. That’s all I know so far. Stay tuned. Or come along. Or both.
